Set deep in the Saxony region of German (south of Berlin) the Motorsportclub Teutschenthal are an enthusiastic team. Having held their first motocross in what was a former gravel works back in 1966 they were soon hosting internationals such as the World Cup in 1971. They’ve continued their investment in the circuit over the years, very recently building a new welcome centre, new hardstanding for the paddock, grandstands and (by using tunnels under the track) have increased the spectator viewing options. Situated on the edge of the town it’s clear the whole community welcomes the motocross. They also put on some excellent beer tents in the finest of German tradition.
